By applying to become an affiliate of  Natural Russia,  you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Natural Russia would like to establish solid working relationships with sites which will provide good quality relevant content and links. We assist such sites in every way possible. However,  we do reserve the right to decline an application to become an affiliate if we find that an  applying site contains information of obscene, offensive, unlawful nature, is under construction, is running a lot of other affiliate programmes, is not related to health or is otherwise unsuitable.

2. If you are accepted as an affiliate, your website will earn up to 20% commission on the sale of any of our products which took place via  an affilaite link from your site.

3. Commissions will be paid  within 30 days from the end of each quarter, by cheque, or to your PayPal account, starting from January:

31 March	1st  quarter
30 June	2nd quarter
30 September	3rd quarter
31 December	4th quarter

4. Any bank fees payable by our international affiliates when depositing these cheques are the responsibility of the affiliate.

5. If an affiliate application is accepted, you will be provided with the relevant links and instructions for placing the links onto your website. Only those using the required affiliate link code will be paid commissions, since we cannot trace sales  coming through  an affiliate unless the appropriate links have been established.

6. Affiliates may use (with permission and reference to our website) the marketing materials and articles written by ourslves which are related to the products we sell. An affiliate cannot use any materials or images from our website unless we have agreed to it in writing (normally by email).

7. We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate relationship if  we consider its practices unsuitable for  our affiliate programme.
