Goodness
of Clay Marijke Vogel
“From dust we
have come and to dust we will return.”
Our body is
a very complex structure. Millions of jobs are carried out every
minute of the day, mostly silently and we are unaware of the hard
work produced by our organs and body systems to maintain homoeostasis
24 hours a day. Everything is taken for granted. When we are young we
can get away with abusing our bodies through bad diets and lifestyles
but soon, when we reach 30 or before we need to take some control
over these matters otherwise they will get out of control.
The
body has an innate ability to heal itself; sometimes all that is
needed is a catalyst. It is not always easy to know which catalyst as
we are bombarded with advertisements promising all kinds of cures and
help to maintain health. People are succumbing to trying a plethora
of useless and expensive remedies that often have no effect, due to
our absorption mechanisms failing to utilize or digest these remedies
and they are subsequently washed down our toilets. Now if you had
used a catalyst you may have found that these remedies would start to
have an effect, due to the catalyst paving the way by cleansing,
detoxifying and preparing the body to work better at producing
enzymes and other substances needed to aid absorption. So now you can
take these remedies in conjunction with your catalyst and actually
find some much needed benefit.
I hope that this makes sense,
however the only way you will know it works is to try it and not shy
away from it.
Drinking clay has been a normal part of life in
Europe for centuries. Here in Britain, and in North America, people
take a long time to take up the idea of something considered a bit
strange, as appears to be the case with clay. We don?t mind taking a
dozen tablets or capsules every day, packed nicely with a nice little
story around it but we are afraid of drinking a little glass of clay.
Of course there are now so many remedies on the market it is
very confusing, and many people are self-medicating, often taking
supplements that you don?t need or could actually have an adverse
effect, therefore it is always an idea to consult a qualified
professional for initial guidance.
Living a natural lifestyle
is getting harder a
nd harder. We find that through media advertising
it is considered normal to consume plenty of sugar. Sugar is in found
and hidden in so many foods and it is one of the causes of
degeneration of body and mind. Our children and teenagers consume
excess amounts on a daily basis. Still the body?s finely tuned
organism is, despite this onslaught, desperately trying to maintain
homoeostasis. Our 60 trillion cells need a good supply of fresh
oxygen to be replaced every 3 minutes. This gets harder when toxicity
builds up. The importance of good blood circulation is obvious. We
are able to survive for quite some time while abusing our bodies, but
at what cost and what quality of life?
Are we too tired
to get out of bed or walk up the stairs? Is there a lack of
concentration? Do we have weight problems, hormonal imbalances? So
much can be achieved with a diet of natural foods and sufficient
fluid intake.
Do we really think it is a good idea to have
health massage at MacDonald?s (yes, you can now have a massage at
some Macdonald branches, so after consuming your burger and fries you
can have them massaged around your body. Great! The idea of wholistic
has definitely gone haywire or ?bananas? as they say in the USA. We
should consider that a lack of chemical elements, which are so often
lacking in diets depleted of real nourishment, through intensified
production methods is affecting us in more ways than one.
Using
clay regularly will help to protect the immune system and acts as a
buffer to the constant onslaught of pathogens and bacteria inhaled or
ingested. With today?s increasing threat of chemicals and pollutants
that can arrive from anywhere, it is definitely important to utilise
the simple natural substances that Nature has put on our earth as a
gift for humanity, for reasons that are making sense to only a few so
far.
Life is always in a balance. There is always something
somewhere out there that will act to balance out the negatives. We
must continue to believe in the good of mankind however hard that
becomes as we move into our new century. There is goodness in
everyone, sometimes it is just covered up and tainted. It is when we
lose that belief that the negative takes over and takes us on a
downward slide.
The ancient Taoists were aware that each day
they needed to absorb the energy of the stars, planets and the cosmic
particles. They believed that we are made up of the fallen dust
particles of the stars above. In olden times humans were able to
absorb 90% of those cosmic forces. Over the years due to
deterioration and malnutrition we are only able to utilise a tiny
fraction of this force. We have lost the ability in modern times to
utilise this energy and the life force from the universal cosmic
particles. We depend on the earth forces to supply these elements.
Our plants and vegetation are still capable of retaining at least 80%
of this ability, and when we consume these we can still benefit. We
depend on them to receive these forces and must ensure to have
sufficient intake of these plant-foods.
We are all
responsible for the state of our health. We cannot blame our doctors
or our health service. If you are presenting them with your polluted
bodies and expecting miracles, they can not provide your needs.
Our
health is in our own hands.
