SHIPPING:

Shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We ship by Royal Mail, ParcelForce and courier services - DHL and Fast Lane International. You can find out the costs of shipping from our website, when you enter the order details, or by emailing us. If you prefer the order to be shipped by other means, please let us know - we will be happy to help. You may wish to organise your own delivery, in which case you will have to send an order by email indicating your request. Unfortunately, shipping charges are high through no fault of our own. For distributors it makes sense to order large amounts - from 1000kg which can be sent directly from Russia, thus avoiding extra shipping costs. The prices for such quantities will be considerably lower for 1kg of product. Please enquire for details.
Shipping charges for retail orders are calculated automatically  on the website when you place your order, depending on the destination and chosen shipment method.

RETURNS:

If you are unhappy with you products, please send us you purchase back in its original packaging with your reasons for return within 15 days of receipt and we will either send you a replacement or refund the money (excluding the postage fees), according to your preferences.

GOOD WILL:

Generally, our activities are largely based on trust and good will. We also try to keep things as simple as possible. Having happy customers who will help us spread the word about our products is important to us. If you are unhappy with the product or service, please let us know and we will make everything possible to come to an amicable solution.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We are happy to ship internationally. We will also do everything possible to help our customers by providing all the requested information available to us that may be required for order clearance. However, we do not bear responsibility for any local restrictions/prohibitions as far as import of our products into your country/state is concerned. Please check with your local authorities as to what information/documentation you may need. If you require a license to import cosmetic/healthcare products, please make sure you arrange it in advance, since shipments cannot stay on hold indefinitely and can be returned to us, in which case you will have to pay for the order to be shipped to you again. Please make appropriate enquires to ensure this does not happen, since we cannot possibly know local rules and regulations and so relieve ourselves of any liability in this respect. We will not therefore pay any compensations for any financial losses suffered as a result of product incompatibility with any such local regulations. It is entirely your responsibility as a customer and importer to find out all relevant information prior to product importation.
